Being a "stay at home mother of 4", without financial resources or completing college, until well into her thirties, Idáliz founded "Mujer Empresaria de Hoy," and created a thriving community that supports thousands of businesswomen worldwide. Initially launched in 2008 as a Facebook group, "Mujer Empresaria de Hoy" has grown into a global network that offers resources, support, and connections for entrepreneurial women. After this she made a full 180 shift in her life, manifesting changes beyond her dreams. She discovered her passion while working with women and has made it her mission to help other women transform, empower and unlock their full potential.

She has developed innovative programs such as the "Circle of Power," which includes group coaching sessions designed to empower women entrepreneurs. Additionally, she offers private coaching and mentoring on personal transformation, energy and emotional management, business strategies, the law of attraction, and manifestation.

Idáliz is also the author of "El Secreto para la Manifestación de tus Sueños," where she shares her personal story and the steps she has followed to transform her life and achieve her goals. Her writing is both inspirational and practical, offering readers a roadmap to manifest their dreams.

Her career as a speaker, panelist, and moderator has included collaborations with prestigious organizations such as the Red de Empresarias y Mujeres Profesionales de la Cámara de Comercio de Puerto Rico, the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association, and the Centro para Puerto Rico of the Sila M. Calderón Foundation, and more recently as a speaker in the Women Economic Forum in Dominican Republic, organized by Organizacion MET2 Internacional. She has also worked with Fundación Alas a la Mujer and has been featured on numerous local and international radio and television programs. In 2019 she was a cohost of the radio show "Nutre tu Vida" on WIPR 940, Idáliz continues to reach a wide audience with her motivational insights. Through her leadership, she has opened doors for many entrepreneurial women beyond Puerto Rico, serving as a bridge between Puerto Rico and other Spanish-speaking countries.

Another popular initiative—and a personal favorite—is the "Circle of Power Retreat," a series of weekend retreats she has organized in Puerto Rico for the past four years, with plans to expand internationally. These retreats provide a unique space for women to reconnect with their inner power, share their experiences, and foster deep personal growth.
